Jonathan communicated with us very well & he also offered us to pick up the trailer the evening before our trip. However we were disappointed in the following: #1 We were dry camping & depended on power. The add on new generator did not have the required oil or the required extension to operate. We had to drive 1 hour to Home Depot to purchase parts in order to have power. #2 Upon delivery the exterior & interior of trailer was very dirty. We spent 1.5 cleaning the morning we left with a hose for the exterior & chemicals for the bathroom toilet/shower/sink also broom & mop floors & bathroom door. #3 The front screen door was badly torn up by a dog so we provided tape & cardboard for a temporary repair to keep bugs out as it was too hot to close the main door. #4 The indoor kitchen table seat had broken support wood so you would fall into the hole if you tried to sit. Only 1 person could use the table on the remaining seat. Also the lower bunk wood support was busted so our luggage fell thru to the floor and this bunk could not be used. #5 When we went to use the shower there was no hot water due to an empty propane tank that was suppose to be full.
