1 night rental = $ 900 plus cleaning fee and insurance
2 night rental = $ 450 per night plus cleaning fee and insuranceA word about the colder weather. From November 15th until warmer weather returns to us.
When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV)As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter" until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you)
Winterizing your RV’s plumbing is incredibly important, especially if your RV will spend any time at all stored/unoccupied in sub-freezing temperatures over the winter months. Frozen water lines can quickly lead to burst water pipes, a broken water pump, and a devastating amount of damage to the RV itself. Proper RV winterizing of your plumbing system is something almost all RVers need to know how to do at one point or another.**Flat Fee of $525.00 for any delivery or pick up in New York. For deliveries to Sporting events and Festivals we will need to meet the renter close by so that they can drive into the event. Or the renter can opt to pay an additional fee of $300 for each event to cover “waiting time”Festival fee is mandatory if the RV will be taken to an event or it covers the event dates. Unless confirmed that the RV will not be brought to the festival/event.Please read the House Rules: [URL removed]What's includedWe provide linens based on the number of guests you tell us are travelling with you, we also provide sewer hoses, water hoses, floormat, basic utencils and pots and pans, plates and dishes etc etc. Need something in particular? Let us know and we will try and provide it for you. Other things to noteWe will send you some videos on how to use the RV after you book with us. Feel free to check out our website as well for other helpful videos, tips and tricks. We will go out of our way to ensure the RV is fully stocked for your trip and all engine fluids are topped off. When you return the RV all we ask is that....
* You return the gas at the same levels as you started your adventure, if we need to go to the gas station, we will have to charge you. 5Great experience! We used the RV for extra bedrooms on the farm for our family reunion: 10 Siblings. By the second day they were fighting over who gets the RV. Delivered on time by its owner we had a flawless time.

4.5Great operation and we loved this 34ft RV. Was perfect for 2-4 people comfortably. We will absolutely rent from them again and likely take this rig again.

4Overall, we had a great trip! The layout and sleeping areas worked really well for our large family, including big dog. Easy pickup/dropoff! A few notes: -A few charging ports didn’t work, including the front, which is just an inconvenience. -The headlights were very dull so just be careful if planning to drive at night. We paired up with other cars on the highway to use their light. -We couldn’t get propane to work to ignite the stove. We aren’t inexperienced in this area, but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. No major issue though: we just used our grill & griddle for cooking, fire for boiling, and electricity for fridge and coolers when we didn’t have electricity to keep food cold. -Beware that it is hard to cool the RV on hot days while traveling. We had to run the generator for AC on travel days, using a lot of fuel, to make it just fairly comfortable for those not in the front. -There is minimal pantry storage space - only 3 shelves, half filled with dishes, so suggest bringing a food container.

3Steve was a great host. He was very communicative throughout the process and he made the pickup & setup process very easy. The RV was nice and in pretty good condition. Unfortunately when we picked up the RV the freezer had a awful smell that we weren't able to clear out... even after disposing of the liquid left behind and using lots of disinfectant & lysol. So we weren't able to use the freezer throughout our trip. Also the taillights and dash lights didn't work on the RV from a blown fuse, which dictated when we could travel. Steve allowed for a late drop-off to compensate for this but that didn't alleviate the change in travel arrangements that the lights effected.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Gas mileage details
A.
You will receive 125 free miles per day, so if you book for 7 nights that is a total of 875 total miles free. Overages are charged at .60 cents per mile. We use the overages to help pay for servicing the RV, such as oil changes, new tires etc. As an example, if you booked for 7 nights and returned the van with 1000 miles, the first 875 will not be counted, and the remaining 125 miles would be charged at .60 cents - 125 x .60 = $75.00 additional payment required
Q.
Can the RV tow a car?
A.
We do not allow towing in our RVs.
Q.
Do we accommodate early pick up or late drop off?
A.
Yes, provided the RV is available we can accomodate earlier pick ups and later drop offs. We will know if the RV is available 24 hours prior to the requested event. If you wish to guarantee this request, we can block either the previous day or the next day for a 50% discount per event ($200)
Q.
Is the EZPASS, different than a standard EZPASS?
A.
Yes. it's a different EZPASS for RV. - this is also explained in one of the video we've sent: https://youtu.be/RZlaFrkY9J4
