You will need to sign a supplementary rental agreement prior to leaving. • Smoking & Vaping • Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. • $500 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is evidence in smell or physical evidence is found. Pets • Pets are welcome with approval. • Please keep them off the furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive fur or any physical damage is found. Driving & Use • Must be 25+ years old with a valid driver’s license. • No off-road driving, beaches, or rough terrain. • Stay under 65 MPH — this protects the RV, tires, and your safety. • Regular gas for the Ford E-450 V8 is fine. Premium fuel is recommended for towing or hilly driving. Campsites & Hookups • Use 30-amp hookups only (with proper adapters if needed). • Never plug into 220V (common at some campgrounds) — this will fry the electrical system. • Always dump waste tanks before returning (or select our return dump service add-on). Cleaning & Return • Return the RV in the same condition you received it. • Prep fee includes standard cleaning, propane, and sanitization. • Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt, stains, or pet messes. Fuel & Propane • Return with the same fuel level as departure. • Propane is included in the prep fee, but you must return it at or above the level you received it. Breakdowns & Repairs • If something goes wrong, call us immediately. • Only authorized repairs will be reimbursed. • Outdoorsy insurance covers accidents; our extended warranty covers mechanical breakdowns. Not Allowed • Festivals (unless approved in advance). • Smoking, climbing on the roof, towing above 7,500 lbs. • Unauthorized drivers.
