Pack your bags, grab the family, and get ready to make some memories! Our 2022 Heartland Sundance Ultra Lite 231ML gives you the perfect combination of outdoor adventure and the comforts of home.
Imagine waking up at a beautiful Texas State Park, brewing a fresh cup of coffee, and stepping outside to enjoy a quiet morning under the awning. Spend the day hiking, fishing, swimming, exploring, or sitting around the campsite—and when the day is over, come back to a comfortable, climate-controlled space where everyone can relax and recharge.
The Sundance 231ML is a great size for camping: roomy enough to be comfortable without feeling like you're hauling a house behind you. Its thoughtful layout makes excellent use of the space and gives you a comfortable place to call home whether you're headed out for a weekend getaway or a longer road trip.
Comfortable Camping Without Giving Up the Outdoors
Inside, you'll find a bright, inviting living space with everything you need to settle in after a day outside. Enjoy meals together, relax in the A/C when the Texas afternoon gets a little too warm, or wind down at night before another day of adventure.
The kitchen makes campground meals easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before hitting the trails or putting together dinner after a long day on the water. There's plenty of room for your food, drinks, cookware, and camping essentials.
When it's time to call it a night, comfortable sleeping accommodations let everyone get some rest so you're ready to do it all again tomorrow.
And, of course, having your own private bathroom and shower means no late-night walks to the campground restroom!
Made for the Memories You'll Talk About Later
Some of the best trips aren't about the destination—they're about everything that happens along the way.
It's kids roasting marshmallows around the campfire.
Coffee outside on a cool morning.
Fishing until sunset.
Board games when an afternoon storm rolls through.
Exploring a new state park.
Sitting under the awning after dark talking about the day's adventures.
Or simply getting away from the schedules, screens, and everyday routine for a few days.
Whether you're planning a family camping trip, couples getaway, state park adventure, fishing weekend, sporting event, festival, or road trip, the Sundance makes a comfortable home base for wherever the adventure takes you.
Adventure Outside. Comfort Inside.
Camping should be about enjoying your trip—not spending the entire weekend wishing you'd brought something you left at home. The Sundance gives you a comfortable place to sleep, cook, cool off, clean up, and relax while still letting you experience everything that makes camping special.
Pick a destination, reserve your campsite, and start planning the adventure.

5.0We could not be happier with our experience renting the trailer. The owners were extremely nice and helpful when I called with a question. The trailer is well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The AC blows cold which was really nice for this hot sleeper. I would definitely rent again from these lovely folks.
