2.0Unfortunately the appearance and condition of the RV does not match up with the photos on the website. The condition of the inside of the RV was beat up such as the laminate peeling off the table, wood damaged throughout, shower handle completely duck taped together. Much cleaning was required before we could leave. The interior of the storage areas were filthy dirty. Outdoor items included with the rental such as camp chairs and table were too dirty to be usable. The awning was covered in black mold. Most of one day during our trip was spent getting the brakes fixed - had to replace the rear brake pads . The front wheels squeaked the whole time. Fortunately the appliances, hot water, generator, propane, etc. worked. The owner promptly reimbursed us for the brake pad repair. Felipe as a host was nice to work with. However, there was no observable pride of ownership. Outdoorsy does not validate the quality of the RVs. We would not rent another RV without seeing it first.

5.0We liked the RV. It was exactly what we were looking for. Its size was perfect, easy to use and drive. We were just two, and I think it was perfect for a couple. Phil prepared it very well and it was really cozy. He was also there whenever we had any issue or question. I would definitely not hesitate to choose this RV again if I will make a road trip around Utah.
