Before I picked this up I had difficulty understanding why the day and times were changing for pick up and drop off. I did end up picking the trailer up a day early due to some appointments he had.
When discussing the trailer and what came with it before confirming the booking, the propane was included, then he was going to charge me $25 after it was booked or I needed to bring my own propane. After I pushed back, he went to the original discussion and it was included.
When we got to the campsite we set up. The toilet ran anytime the pump was on, which he did mention happened. The next day, less than 10 hrs after we setup camp, I thought the toilet was pluged and the trailer was out of water. After some research and talking to some other people it was agreed that the toilet tank was tiny and the trailer was full. I had to re hook up to my truck and spend the next 2 hrs driving to a trailer dump, the nearest one we had, to dump the trailer and fill the trailer with water again.
We were very cautious as to not use the washroom or wash dishes unless we absolutely had to so we didn't fill the toilet tank again. This was not a great trip. We were not expecting much from an old trailer but the lack of info and knowledge of his trailer or lack of key points to make, made this trip not very enjoyable. When I say not expecting much, we definitely expected more after spending near $300 for 2 nights in a 1980's trailer. Updates on the trailer post explaining toilet tank size would be nice for any renter to know. I think the running toilet needs to be fixed when the pump is on, mainly because it fills the toilet tank too fast , then an additional dump daily will be needed.

Sorry to hear from you
We had regular customer picked up in July stamped - last month was booked 7 days and nothing single issue
We offer - free earlier pick up advance almost half day
-I mentioned about 1 full bottle and an half - so charge for full bottle with half bottle free
After your argue - we offer totally free - try to make happy all customers
We walked through all function works and ask about any question but you said good to go - I clearly mentioned about when water need turn on switch - no need then turn off
It’s just beside toilet sheet /
Small trailer has small water tank and composite tank as well !
We dumped before trip and after trip no charge customer - if you can double Check with other listing : price is fair and set up by all cost including / admin fees / Outdoorsy fees / cleaning fees etc…
Thanks for choosing outdoorsy !

We affectionately named the motorhome “the party bus”. It was perfect for travelling around Alberta with our kids, ages 3 to 15! The party bus was perfect for our family trip!

Photos of motorhome accurate. For an older vehicle, it was clean, fresh and well maintained. The bed is extremely comfy and the table area is roomy enough. Owner was quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. We had a great time with this motorhome!
