"Casper" is a very clean 2012 Forest River Salem T23 with a queen pillow top bed, two bunks and a dinette table conversion. Sleeps 5 comfortably although 2 children could probably sleep on the dinette conversion. Brand new tires August 2023 including new spare, brakes inspected also.
Includes a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and 3-burner stove top. Bathroom with standup shower and vanity plus medicine cabinet.
Roof AC, ducted gas heater, electric/gas water heater, and AM/FM radio with CD player for the inside/outside speakers.
Large rear compartment with plenty of storage space. Forward storage under queen bed is accessible through outdoor compartments on each side. We also installed a propane tank level indicator for your convenience. Bring your own pillows and blankets. Sheets are provided.
This is the perfect trailer for a family getaway or just a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for tailgating and events. It is also a great camper to take for your fall/winter hunting trips. You may choose to bring a generator if you wish.
Schedule it today for your next Outdoorsy adventure!
What's includedWe provide mattress and pillow covers, sheets and pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen utensils, silverware, pots and pans, outside grill, plates, bowls, coffee mugs and glasses. Toilet paper and paper towels provided also.

State Parks and KOA campgrounds are our favorites but there are many camping options thoughout the State.
Other things to noteIf you are intimidated by towing and setting up, I will provide that service for you within 70 miles of Port Orchard, WA. The fee for this service is $400 which includes meeting you at your reserved campsite, setting up the trailer, connecting power and water (if available). At the conclusion of your stay I will return, break down the camper, dump the holding tanks and return it for cleaning and prep for the next family. (see add-ons for this option)

Terry G.

September 20245

He arrived on time and set up the trailer for us and explained how things worked.
He was very kind.
The trailer was clean and the bed was comfortable.
It was a nice weekend, though we did have some rain for about an hour. But we were dry and comfortable inside.
This was our first time camping in an RV trailer and would do it again.
If you’re thinking of getting a rental RV, Guy Allen should be seriously considered.

Guy’s answer

Thank you Terry. It was a pleasure serving you and your family. I am glad you enjoyed our trailer.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Must be picked up and returned at the address provided unless you have opted for the site delivery and set up option.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This will be reviewed at the time of check out. However, one important note related to sewage is to minimize the use of toilet paper and please DO NOT throw anything other than RV toilet paper into the toilet. Also, do not flush the tanks until they are near full and always drain the black tank first. The grey water from the sinks and shower help to wash out the sewage solids in the hose.
