Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Picking up is super flexible, however, dropping off can be a little more strict due to future reservations. Just call and ask us and we always do our best to work with you. But please don't stress about the exact times. We know things come up and accidents happen on the road causing delays. Again, don't stress it, just give us a call.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Tow within your limits. Just do the speed limit and you will be ok. Again, give us a call with any questions you may have. We are here for you.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Prior to hooking up electric, ensure that the main breaker is turned off at the hook-up site prior to plugging in shore line…the big black electrical cord. Next, plug in the big surge protector, wait for the dog to turn white. If it is red, then there is a problem, in the electrical system. Then plug in the shore line…the big black electrical cord. For the sewage, the main sewer line is stored in the bumper, access it from the driver side as the 90 degree elbow is on that side. Call for any

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Sewer line is stored in bumper, access from driver side. Hook clear elbow to camp site dump hookup. Attach hose to end of clear elbow and stretch out to sewer hookup on trailer. Open cap slowly as there may be residual fluids. Attach and ensure it clicks in place. Gray tanks lines are in Tupperware container up front. Add the "wye" so you can run both lines at the same time. ensure you run the slinky under the sewer line, run it under both if you can, but for sure, the sewer line first.
