Hi there! We're Emily and Sam. We met teaching at a small school in Maine, traveled together through Europe and Morocco, and then got our van, Suzanne! We have taken some wonderful trips with her, and are thrilled that we can now help others get out on their own vanlife adventures.

Our first experience in a class b van, some issues that will probably be dealt with by next rental. The owner didn’t make good on offer to compensate for the non functioning heater.

Emily was great to work with. We had one issue and she made sure to call and make sure we got it figured out. The van needs new tires badly, also new wiper blades would be appreciated. Overall the van was easy to drive and did well in tight spaces. It was stocked with everything we needed and made for a great home for the week

Q.How are mileage charges calculated?
A.
Before your trip, we note the mileage of the van. At the end of your rental, we record the final mileage to calculate the total miles driven and the associated charges.
Q.How far is the van located from Portland Maine airport and train/bus station?
A.
The van is conveniently located approximately 4.2 miles from Portland, Maine airport and about 5 miles from the train and bus station. This makes it easily accessible for your arrival and departure convenience. We recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or taxi from the airport or bus station to the van for a hassle-free and convenient transfer.
Q.How many miles are included in the rental?
A.
We offer 100 free miles per day to fuel your adventure. Beyond that, there is a mileage fee of $0.55 per mile.
Q.Should I estimate my mileage costs before the trip?
A.
We recommend mapping your trip and calculating the estimated number of miles you plan to travel. Multiply the excess miles by the mileage fee of $0.55 to determine the additional cost. Please remember that the final total may differ (lower or higher) depending on the mileage driven during your road trip.
