3The van is great. We’ve used this same model previously and have found this to be the easiest to drive and is very comfortable to sleep. It came mostly provisioned but was missing some things that we were able to pick up and purchase for ourselves. I just suggest going though and making sure you’ve got everything before hitting the road. Matt showed us everything on how the van works and even offered to let us stay the last night in his drive prior to our flight the next morning. Be sure to communicate if you plan to drop off EARLY, as in doing so in the app because if you verbally do so at pick up you will get charged a “cleaning fee”. Yeah, I’m not sure how that equates either but just giving you a heads up. So, you’ll potentially be charged a cleaning fee. Otherwise, great trip, great van.

4.5Loved renting the van from Matt! He was great during the pickup/dropoff process; very easygoing and responded quickly. Van wasn't in the best condition in a few non-essential places, but super comfortable and well-appointed!
