Host was awesome. Very accommodating with pickup and drop off times. Vehicle was clean, well taken care of, had lots of storage space, good layout, drove well. It was perfect for our camping trip.

Loved the camper van. Clean and in good condition .Always up for a new adventure and we went to central Oregon , hiking and biking and healing thermal waters of Kah-Nee-Tah.

Working with Benson on renting Chloe was easy and straight forward. Great van to explore the Oregon coast and forests. A great way to see the awesome outdoors Oregon has to offer. We will be back!

This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and we had such a great time with the van. We appreciated the included bedding and cookware, which made it easy for us to prepare for our trip. We also appreciated the good communication throughout the renal process. The van provided a perfect home base for our trip and was easy to setup and pack up throughout the journey.

Specific to the host and the vehicle I was very happy and appreciative. But not at all impressed with Outdoorsy. The website is not user friendly, communication is one sided, and customer service is non existent. The sense of self serving profit before customer support is overwhelming. The policies like the cancellation policy are essentially criminal and again, clearly demonstrate a disregard for the end customer. I would prefer a platform that actually appreciates the customer and wants return customers…I will not be back. I assume a human will not read this, but I am sure if I use the word “Venmo” the website AI will immediately yell at me.
