Owner communication can be challenging

Renters noted mixed experiences: some found Omid accommodating and helpful with pick-up/drop-off, while others encountered miscommunication, rudeness, and booking cancellations without prior notice, impacting reliability.

Drives great with minor technical issues

The van drives well with no mechanical issues reported. However, several amenities like the refrigerator and pop-up tent lights were non-functional. Bluetooth and AUX were unavailable, and interior cleanliness, including dog hair and stained linens, was a concern.

We had a great time with this little camper van! It was a lot of fun getting to have a new and unique experience while traveling through the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Pros: The heater worked like a charm and was a real lifesaver! The van drives great and had no issues. The extra mattress topper for the main bed was very comfortable. The cooler that was provided was helpful to have on hand. Minor issues, but not a big deal: Slight miscommunication about the drop-off and pick-up of the van, but we were able to reach an amicable compromise. There is no mattress topper for the pop-up tent, and the sleeping pads are very firm. There isn't a phone holder for Google Maps. The bluetooth doesn't work and there's no AUX input - only thing to listen to is the radio. Cons: The cleanliness of the van was a bit below expectations. I understand that some nooks are hard to get into, but there was dog hair covering the sleeping pads that was not from us. The bed linens were clean, but had a few small stains and smelled very perfumy. I don't use highly scented laundry detergents so it was a little off-putting for the first couple of nights. Lights in the pop up tent did not work. Notes for future renters: *bring your own headlamp!! *bring your own pillow if you are picky. Overall it was a fun trip and I have no regrets. After all, you are camping so there are some niceties that you will have to forgo, but it's totally worth it for the adventure!

The RV was fantastic for the trip - the refrigerator would not work and there were items left in from a previous trip. No problem - just used a cooler and threw items away. The owner was very difficult to communicate with - direct, short and, at times, rude. Would not rent with them again.
