Bathroom with small shower and toilet with a sink just outside for washing hands.A cozy dinette and sofa, that also fold out for more sleeping area, provide a relaxation area for family movie nights or game nights. And with plenty of cabinet and storage space throughout, you won't have to worry about ending up with clutter or disorganization.On the exterior, the Autumn Ridge has an easy-to-use power awning with LED lighting that provides shelter from the sun and rain. Has marine grade exterior speakers that are controlled from the built in stereo on the inside. Has a 30 amp electrical plug and water hookups for when camping at a site with the option to plug in.Propane will be included in the price of the rental. I have 2 30lbs tanks and they will last for quite some time each. At least one tank will be full while the other one is being used. If you do run out while camping you will need to get your more for the remainder of your trip. Unless your renting for several weeks, you shouldn't have any problems.Also Included with your rental are, Linens for the beds, camp chairs, outdoor rug, toilet paper, minimal kitchen tools, dishes and cutlery but we like to use paper plats to cut down on cleaning dishes, water filter pitcher, board games and cards, 2 TV's with DVD Player each, small collection of movies, bring your own if you would like, flashlight and first-aid kit. Also fridge will be cold when you pick up and water tank can be filled upon request at no charge. I am also adding things all the time.I will deliver the RV to the site of your choosing within a 75 mile radius and set everything up for you for an extra charge. Just check the add-ons.RecommendationsFrom where i am located we have a variety of camping areas with beautiful lakes and mountains all around us. Also we have Silverwood Theme park close by that has a full hookup RV Park and discounted park tickets in the RV campsite office.Other things to noteIt will have all you need to block tires to secure in place once parked, blocks for leveling RV, cords to power RV, hoses to use for water and grey and black drain hose to empty tanks. I do ask that you wipe things down with the cleaning supply's provided, sweep up the floors and put things away. Also please remove Bedding so that I know to clean it. 5.0Dustin was easy to work with and accommodated our needs perfectly. The trailer was as advertised, in great condition, clean, and with all the necessities provided. It was a hustle, free experience and we especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked during the hot summer nights.

-Please no smoking in the RV. If the RV comes back smelling like smoke, your entire security deposit will be retained for prelesional cleaning.
-We love pets and allow dogs with approval only. Renters must pay the additional pet damage protection plan. Never leave your dogs unattended in the RV. If the RV comes back with damage from the dogs the cost to fix damage will be retained from the security deposit. Also if it comes back with dog hair all over or muddy foot prints, the cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
-If you need to call for roadside assistance please call/text me to keep me in the loop.
-To avoid a cleaning fee of $150, please bring RV back in the condition you got it in. Garbage out, sand/dirt/pet hair swept up, surfaces wiped down, dishes washed, etc. I will take care of washing the bed linens at no extra cost as long as they are not damaged.
-If black and grey holding tanks are not empty when returned there is a $75 dumping fee.
-If renting the generator please bring back filled. there will be a fee if not.
-I ask that you treat the RV as your own. Have fun but please take care of her and bring her back in one piece.
