Meet your host, Paul & Kitty

Member since 2021

We have been from Mexico to Canada, Philadelphia to California. Much of that time we were taking and visiting family. Our eleven--yes, 11!--children have grown, and haven't used our present motorhome yet. Homeschool field trips were part of our cross-country trips to visit family. Making each day of the ride count made life an adventure. Now, Paul pastors a rural church, and Kitty works as an RN.

Accommodating hosts, easy to drive RV, lovely views at the campground; a great experience!

We traveled to a campground near Williams, AZ and parked for 2 days. Then we took the Grand Canyon Railway to the South Rim and visited there all day, returning on the train, which was a very fun experience, complete with music and train robbers! We also visited the Four Corners where AZ, NM. CO, & UT meet at a straight 4-way intersection and took pictures and bought souvenirs. We then went to Canyon de Chelly and saw cliff dwellings and amazing views from the south rim of that canyon, staying in the local campground before going on to the Painted Desert and Petrified Forrest before coming home. It was all wonderful!
Being able to rent the RV through Outdoorsy was really helpful since we do not have an RV anyore, though we did years ago. The RV was in great condition, and the Trouts, who rented to us through Outdoorsy, were very kind and helpful and kept the RV in great condition for renters to use. We are very grateful to them!
Many thanks to the Trouts and to Outdoorsy for making possible this amazing adventure!

This was our first time renting and operating an RV. Paul was very friendly, patient, and thorough while showing us how to operate the various auxiliary systems of the vehicle. This was also our first camping trip in many years and especially with only just my husband, myself, and our special needs son. We had a wonderful time and the RV was very nice and comfortable which was equipped with many extra items. I hope that we can rent this RV on our next camping trip.
