Overall, there was a lack of communication. Paid for the drop off and pick up of the camper in full and had to return it ourselves, which was fine as it wasn't that big of an issue. I did find the camper to be unclean and tried to address it with the hosts, but they denied it and said it was clean. I have pictures showing the before and after we went and purchased cleaning supplies, as this was our place to stay for the weekend. I will also tell you that if this were a hotel, I would have asked for a refund or, at the very least, a different room.
