No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. No pets unless pre-approved. Renter must have proper tow vehicle and brake controller if not selecting delivery. Trailer must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Dump service add-on is required for pickups and delivery to boondock sites (no power, water or sewer hookups). Dump service is not required if delivering to a site with full hookups. No climbing or sitting on the roof. No subletting or large parties. Only approved drivers may tow the trailer. Toys (SXS, quads, dirt bikes) are allowed but not included. If fuel station add-on is not selected, onboard fuel station will be provided empt. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by improper loading or securing of toys.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Electricty hooks up to shore power or available generator with included 30 amp power cord and surge protector. Water hooks up to city water connection using included hose or onboard 100 gallon fresh water tank for dry camping. Sewer connects using the included 20 foot sewer hose located in the tube under the rear of the trailer.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Everything will be explained during the walkthrough pre-departure. If you forget anything, there is a complete setup and operations guide inside the trailer.
