Boreas Series Trailers – Designed and built by Into The Wild Overland, Colorado’s top camper trailer manufacturer, are true off-road and off-grid campers. Built to last a lifetime, each Into The Wild Overland off-road camper is a custom-build and hand-crafted to supply you with everything you might need to make the best of your next camping trip. The off-grid capabilities and mechanics of the camper make any backcountry easily accessible and ready for new adventures all year round. We design overland campers capable of taking on a huge range of driving conditions: muddy, icy, rocky, or sandy terrains.
The Boreas XT is a completely turnkey backcountry basecamp featuring an all composite and aluminum cabin (NO Wood!). With Timbren's independent suspension, oversized tires, and up to 20 inches of ground clearance the only limit to this trailer is the vehicle towing it. 20 gallons of on-board water, 100 watts of solar power, and sleeping for two makes this camper ready for any adventures. The camper also comes with the ARB 4-wall room enclosure that attaches to the ARB awning to allow more sleeping options/sheltered space.
The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, and two burner stove and a Dometic 12v fridge/freezer. The solar kit will keep your deep cycle AGM battery topped off during extended off grid adventures. Bring all your gear and accessories with ample storage in the cabin and kitchen cabinets. With a dry weight of 1950 pounds and electric brakes it is easily towed by most vehicles. Venture out into the wild in a high-end way!
We will provide bedding and linen, cooking utensils and cutlery, basic cleaning supplies, full propane tank, full water tank and a 30-min walkthrough at the time of pick-up.
The rental Boreas XT will come with bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), cooking utensils, pot and pans, crockery, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, ground sheets, 4-wall awning room enclosure, a pop-up shower tent and an operating manual.
The batteries of the Boreas will be fully charged when you come pick it up and the propane and water tank filled up. The trailer is equipped with an air conditioner; however to use it, you will need to connect to shore power or a 2000w generator. We have a generator that you can use should you need it.
The shore power cable will be provided for you to charge your trailer as well, which will come in handy if you're parking in a RV park, or a camping spot with electricity. A garden hose will also be provided for you to fill up water during your trip if needed.
The hitch for towing will be provided and installed on your vehicle. All you need is a blank receiver, a 7 pin trailer connection and a brake controller. If you have a ball hitch, you can leave it at home.
Other things to note
The water system is not useable in freezing temps. If you’re taking the camper out in the winter with overnight freezing temps, we will provide you with gallon jugs for dishes.
