The specs state that it sleeps 8, but I feel it really sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 queen beds, pullout couch, and the dinning table flattens to a bed as well. Both A/C and Heat work very well and a thermostat to set your temp. A diamond in the ruff. She's very simple to use with very few instructions. Very easy for a first time campers too!
