Large awning with flexible arms, led lighting and built in speakers. Interior has speakers and entertainment system (cd, radio, blue tooth, cable hookup, tv cabinet, built in satellite). You can listen inside and outside at the same time, or choose one. Queen size bed with full storage underneath. Heater and air conditioner (my favorite part and they work like a dream). Larger than average refrigerator, for it's size. Unusually large kitchen, tons of cabinets, and very roomy living space. All cookwear included.
