Our camper isn't the biggest but has everything you'll need. It is capable of sleeping 9, but it would be crowded. Four or five would be more comfortable and realistic. There is a queen bed, a bunk bed, pull out couch and the table also turns into a bed. We've had renters with two adults and four small-ish children. There is A/C for hot days; a furnace for those cool nights; a hot water heater; a stove; refrigerator; single serve Keurig coffee maker; a few pots/pans; assorted cooking utensils; and plates & silverware for four people. Two standard size propane tanks are also included to run the heater, stove and refrigerator (if no electrical hookup). Not looking to travel or just want a quiet, out of the way place to stay? You can stay in our backyard! We have a peaceful, 2-acre patch just outside of town where you can hide away. All the same options are included plus Wi-Fi. Message us for a quote! If you tow it, your vehicle should be able to tow 7,500 lbs minimum and have an electric brake controller. If your campsite doesn't have electricity, a generator is highly recommended. Without it, the battery might last you through the first night. Maybe. There's an add-on for the generator but it's unlimited usage so you don't have to worry about how many hours you've run it.What's includedOur rental includes:
- Bed linens
- Bath towels
- Cookware and utensils
- Dishes and silverware for 4
- Single serve Keurig coffee maker and K-cups
- Camp chairs

The Roku tv is setup in Guest Mode so you can log into your personal account and set a time and day to automatically log you out. Wi-fi is included too if you are renting and staying at our place.Pets are allowed but we do charge an additional fee.Delivery and pickup within 75 miles is available.
RecommendationsThe Black Hills and surrounding area have countless outdoor opportunities. There's hundreds of miles of hiking trails, numerous lakes of all sizes, horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking. The Black Hills are home of Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial Custer State Park, Jewel Cave, Wind Cave, and Badlands National Park. Oh, and Sturgis!Other things to note• You will need a 2 5/16 ball if towing.
• Are there full hookups (electric/water/sewer) at your campsite?
o If boondocking, a generator is highly recommended, especially for more than one night. A generator is available as an add-on for $30/day.
o Will you need the fresh water tank filled? There is no additional fee.

It was a great experience. The camper is a bit older with a little wear and tear, but it’s clean, everything works, and a nice value. Jason and Jen explained everything really well and made us feel comfortable.

Jason and Jen’s answer

Thank you Todd. We're glad you enjoyed it. We put new window blinds on just before you rented and we plan on a new awning and having the couch furniture reupholstered after this season to spruce it back up a little.

Jason delivered the RV when he said he would. He set it all up and even put up 2 chairs for us. We were an hour and half late but he waited for us and was very welcoming when we got there. The bed was very comfortable . Awesome customer service! Would definitely rent from Jason again!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Fairly flexible. Just ask and we can work something out.

Q.Do you charge a dump fee?
A.
Nope! Some people charge extra for dumping but we don't. If you feel guilty, just stash something extra in the coffee cup. We'll find it. :-)

Q.I'm boon docking. Will I need a generator?
A.
Yes! Highly recommended unless you plan on being really primitive. But since you're considering a camper, we're guessing that's not really your style.
