Everything was exactly as described, and the information provided was clear, detailed, and very easy to understand. René is an incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful person. She took the time to explain everything to us and was always there to guide us whenever we needed help. Her support made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had absolutely no issues with the van throughout our entire trip. It is extremely comfortable and has everything you need for a road trip. It is also very pleasant and easy to drive, and it took us to some truly incredible places. We would 100% recommend Renée and her van to anyone looking for a great road trip experience. 5.0Renee was fantastic to work with. She provided airport pick up and drop off which was super helpful. The van itself is great as well, well stocked with everything you'd need including some basic cooking ingredients. It got us all over the black hills! Would rent again and recommend.
