• We require week long rentals in October due to the annual Quarter Horse Congress hosted in Columbus, Ohio. Weekend rentals will only be accepted as fill-ins.
• This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside will automatically forfeit entire deposit. Absolutely NO standing, sitting, or climbing on top of the camper or awning. Please retract awning at night or in windy, rainy conditions to prevent damage. Furry Friends are welcome! Well behaved dogs only. Sorry, no cats. Please clean up after you pets. Residual dog hair or odor will result in a fee of $100. We are proud & pleased to rent you our clean & comfy camper. We ask that you return in the condition it was rented. Please wash any dishes, clean bathroom/shower, empty garbage, sweep floors, and wipe down anything dirty. Cleaning supplies are provided. Thank you!
