Full kitchen with microwave & 3 burner range and oven. Refrigerator and freezer. Large awning. Lots of storage inside and outside. Air conditioner and heater.

1-NO SMOKING is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $200 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.

Pets of any kind are prohibited. Owner is allergic. Violators: will pay $200 of their deposit and additionally pay the cost of remediation.
