5.0The Ortiz’s RV was comfortable and clean. It was also well appointed with all the things you need to camp. I also had them deliver it to my campsite and they were both professional and patient. I would highly recommend renting this RV!

1.0The RV smelled so bad that not even the 4 deodorizer you put in helped. My wife and I couldn't stay inside. It smelled like a dirty urinal. They knew it was bad when they left bathroom door to the outside open, The smell was unbearable. I would give it zero stars if I could. They ruined my whole vacation with my grandchildren.
