This was our first time using Outdoorsy or any other platform to rent a camping van and it was such a great experience! Megan our host was just awesome from start to finish! There was great communication all throughout the process and Megan had lots of helpful suggestions that I appreciated, especially with this being our first time. We flew in from out of town to attend Lightning in a Bottle Festival with just our suitcases so it was important that we rent a van that included everything we'd need for our adventure. Megan picked us up at the airport when we arrived and then back again after our trip. I recommend this add on as it was very convenient and it gave us an opportunity to chat with and get to know Megan our host a little bit better. The van was spotless when we picked it up and camping supplies were very well organized in tubs that were labeled, making everything so easy to find. It was obvious that Megan is an experienced camper herself and made sure to include everything we'd need to have a very comfortable camping experience. Thank you!! I appreciated having a real mattress rather than a inflatable mattress. I have a herniated disk that is pinching a nerve root and I often have difficulty sleeping due to pain. I was so relieved that I slept so comfortably! If there is an opportunity in the future to rent from Megan again, I absolutely will.
