3.0We had issues with the water pump leaking throughout the trip. The batteries died multiple times and we had numerous starter issues and had to get help to jump start the RV and spend a lot of time trying to fix it. But Chad was very responsive and willing to help throughout our ordeals.

5.0Our RV experience was amazing! Chad's RV was in great condition and had plenty of space for the trip - loved that it had a video monitor for backing up. Chad was an absolute pleasure to rent from and everything was super straightforward. Will definitely be reaching back out to Chad for the next time I'm in the area on vacation!
