Day One:
Owner arrived super late after 7 PM and tried to set up the RV and level it. He was unable to level it because the crank wouldn't go any further. I had to go to another campsite after he left and ask for a drill with the correct bit to get the RV somewhat leveled.
He opened the door to the RV and we instantly smelled feces coming from the RV. The owner was a little frazzled for some reason and didn't seem to know how anything worked and where anything was located. He kept saying that his wife usually does this part.
I asked where the generator was (which I paid extra for) and he said I was lucky he brought it because he almost didn't. However, there was not enough gas for more than 3 hours of use.
He did not show me where the cables were or how to turn anything on.
I asked if the batteries worked and he said they were fully charged.
Because of his lack of knowledge of anything we let him go.
I then pressed the button to engage the bump out kitchen. It moved out with ease and then tried to turn on the lights and nothing worked. Apparently the power it took to get the kitchen bump out to extend sucked up both batteries and we were left with no power that night. We had to use flashlights because it was not okay to use the generator after certain hours.
We had to open all of the windows to get the smell of feces out of the RV. I knew the water pump wasn't working because we had no power, but I just wanted to get some water from the faucet onto a rag to wipe something. The putrid smell of feces instantly came from the faucet and I turned if off to stop the stench.
We went to bed with all of the windows open

Trailer started off with a broken blinker on the passenger side. Owner never mentioned anything about the hook ups I would need to tow this thing causing me to not be able to pick up the trailer when I wanted to and had to return for it in the morning. He still charged me for that day. Upon return in person he said everything looked fine. A few days later he is now trying to get me to pay for a new stove. I never used the stove. I did all the cooking outside on the camping stove. He is claiming cabinets need to get replaced as well. I had a feeling this was just going to turn into a let’s use these people to upgrade my trailer situation. I will never use this app again.
