5.0I've purchased a toy hauler from Western Skies and have also rented an RV from them. Without a doubt, Western Skies is the best RV dealership in Reno for both sales and rentals. The rental process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Matthew took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through several different units to make sure I found the right fit. When it was time to return the RV, the process took only a few minutes. I've also used Camping World in the past, and the experience was the complete opposite. Their customer service was consistently disappointing and made the process far more difficult than it needed to be. Western Skies has earned my business, and they'll be the only RV dealership I use going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent an RV.
