It has also been to Southern Utah, the Grand Canyon, and San Diego, California!Branson, Missouri is very close by with many campgrounds. Recently, we went to Roaring River where the boys loved fishing for trout and all the hiking trails! Bennett Springs State Park was also a recent trip and the boys loved it!Other things to note$100 per hour late fee. If you need it longer, just let us know and we will see what we can work out. We have others renting this and we want it to be prepared for them like it was for you.
$125 cleaning fee if it isn't returned clean.
$50 per bottle of propane not returned full

1. No smoking, drugs, etc.
2. No climbing on the roof unless cleared with owners due to debris or other significant issue. Contact the owner first before proceeding.
3. While it is designed to boondock, it's not designed for off roading over large rocks (in road or river banks).
4. Unit must be cleaned before drop off or $125 additional cleaning fee. We like to turn around the unit fast for the next guest so they have a great vacation like you get to do.
5. Return time is rigid. $50 PER hour if it is late. Again, we want the rental to be ready for the next customer just like you would want it ready for you. Some of our rentals go out that same day, so be kind!
6. Biggest rule is to have fun and enjoy it. The rules above are for the safety of you and the camper. It also ensures that others who have worked hard to have their vacation have a camper that is ready for them!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will try to work with you, but lateness won't be tolerated. We live in a neighborhood where we have an HOA, so the camper can't just sit here. It has to go to storage, so whatever agreement we come up with will be to help you out, but to also not put us in a bad spot.
