Amenities include wall mounted heater, microwave, gas stove, 6 holes for ice fishing, over head and LED lighting. A gas generator and electronics are also available for an additional charge. Has a couch that folds down to a bed and a bunk above so could sleep 3 if needed. Unit lowers to the ground making it solid as a rock and provides for easy entry/exit with no stairs. No jacks to mess with either, just a winch on each wheel and one on the tongue. It is a very comfortable and reliable unit which will add great memories to your next adventure. Unit is well maintained, everything works and is very well taken care of. Fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and all have fresh batteries. Depending on my schedule and your intended destination (Must be within 30 miles of Richfield) I am willing to deliver and set-up prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
