1. For your safety, please drive slowly; do not pass 100 KMS per hour.
2. This is a huge and heavy vehicle; you must have 100% focus on the road while driving.
3. Always drive in the right lane on the highway.
4. This a 30 feet long vehicle, when you turn the steering wheel to right back of the RV goes to the left, or when you
Turn the steering wheel to the left, back of the RV goes to the right. You must make sure not to hit the pole, tree,
A vehicle or any other object on the right or left of the RV.
This RV is 12.3 feet in heights, when you are driving it in some of the USA highways, make sure the bridges are high enough not to destroy the AC units which mounted on the roof.

5. This RV is used with families and small children with different health issues, strictly NO SMOKING and NO CANDLES inside the RV.
a. Do not stand and pee to drop it on the floor of the washroom, this is going to bring bad smell inside the RV.
b. Do not through paper towel into the toilet it blocks and causes bad smell in the RV.
c. At the time of driving everyone must be seated.
6. Always check your blind spots while changing lanes.
7. Keep enough distance between the RV and front vehicles.
8. RV is a heavy vehicle, it doesn’t stop at once, give it enough time and space for stopping.
9. Before you put slides out make sure there is no tree, pole, or any other objects on its way.
10. The emergency brake must be on, and engine must be off, before you extend the slides out.
11. Before you use the toilet or the sink you must turn on the water pump after use make sure to turn it off.
12. Don’t move the RV before you put the Awning back in.
13. While parked turn off the step to stop it from going in and out every time you open the door.
14. Make sure the RV is parked in a flat surface, otherwise make it flat with the jacks to be able to walk around while inside.
15. You must use manual jack program. Automatic may push the RV up or down at once and crack the windshield.
16. Don’t make fire near the RV.
17. In case generator does not start from inside, you can start it with the button right on the generator from outside.
18. The generator uses gas from the RV tank, once the gas in the tank gets to 1/4, the generator shuts off automatically.
19. This way you have enough gas to drive to the nearest gas station for refill.
20. Make sure jacks are up before you move the RV.
21. There is a ladder under the mattress of the bunk bed to climb up the bed.
22. Sometimes both sides of the bunk bed do not go up equally. In this situation stop the operation and start again or
Reverse it back a bit and start again. Sometimes you may have to bring it up or down inch by inch to fully push it up or down.
23. To operate the bunk bed, the engine must be shut off and the keys out, otherwise bunk bed does not function.
24. To empty the black tank (washroom tank), and the grey tank (kitchen sink, shower, washroom sink) you must hookup
The hose to the connector which is under the RV. After you did hook the hose up, you must empty the black tank first by pulling the right handle which black color first located underneath the tank.
Then you pull the grey handle to empty the grey tank which is the dirty water from shower and sinks.
25. Make sure to put the Awning in over night and when you are no longer using it. A sudden storm can damage is, and it will cost you a lot to fix it.
26. When the RV is hooked to the water in the campsite, it is always better to shut off the water when you are away for few hours. Otherwise, a water leak can be very costly.
27. There are to ACs in the cabin, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. You can run both at the same time if you have a 30 AMP hooked up or the generator is on plus you have a 110 V power outlet connected to the RV by the plug beside the 30 AMP plug on the driver side of the RV.
28. You can not function both the ACs with just a 30 AMP power outlet or just the generator.
29. If you want to run the AC in the bedroom, first shut off the AC in the living room; then run the AC in the bedroom.
30. To run the AC in the bedroom, there is a ON and OFF switch on the right side of the bed. It has to be DOWN when you are using the 30 AMP, or the generator and it has to be UP when you are using a 110 V power outlet.
31. To turn on the AC in the bedroom, the button on the thermostat must be ON, or you decrease thermostat to a lower degree until is starts the AC.

This is a very nice and clean RV. The owner explained everything to me before the trip, and answer my questions quickly during the trip. For sure, I will rent it again.

Alireza’s answer

It was pleasure to do business with you. I look forward to see you again. Take Care.
