The bathroom includes a separate entrance and a small tub for added convenience.The dining area can easily convert into a large twin/full bed, with an additional foam cushion provided for extra comfort. The couch, which comes with built-in cupholders, can also be converted into a small bed, making it ideal for a child or shorter sleep. Sheets are included, however Renters are asked to bring their own bedding or sleeping bags.For power, the trailer is equipped with a 30-amp hookup, and generators are available to rent for those who may not be staying at a traditional campground. The camper also features added insulation, ensuring comfort whether the weather is cooler or warmer.The kitchen is equipped with a large sink and detachable hand-held sprayer for easy cleaning. Outside, you'll find a convenient bar area with a mini-fridge, along with an awning that provides shade and relaxation space. This well-equipped camper is ideal for both traditional campgrounds and off-grid adventures.Other things to note* NO SMOKING- If Smoking is detected a $200 Cleaning Fee will added or deducted.*An excessive cleaning fee of $150 will be charged or deducted if the RV trailer is returned excessively dirty. We pay a cleaning service when this occurs.* Dump fee and water fee are not optional for deliveries. Fees will be added on reservation.
