Bunks can sleep two each (max weight for upper bunk is 400 pounds). Couch can sleep 1-2 adults. Dinette can sleep 2 children.What's includedBedding for master bed. Camper furnished with pots and pans, plates, silverware, cooking utensils cups, bowels, kitchen linens, eight bath towels, six beach towels, and two pet towels. Bring additional bedding as needed, camp chairs, your family, your food, and your desire for adventure.RecommendationsThis trailer is a great option for camping or if extra room is needed for house guests/family reunions.Other things to noteIF YOU WILL BE DRY CAMPING (no access to water, sewer, power), plese let us know so we can prefill the fresh water tank, prepare the toilet, and include the generator with fuel. For better gas mileage, it is recommended you empty all tanks when preparing to return, if possible. If not, we are happy to dump the tanks upon your return. The camper is cleaned and sanitized between guests.

Everything worked great, the camper was fully stocked. Hitch was easy to use. Super cute rv made our trip fun!

Can’t say enough good about our experience. We needed it for an annual camping trip my kids school puts on. This year we also had a guest with us visiting from the Netherlands. Thanks to Joanna the trip went so well!! Her communication was good. I felt she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The value was great and she thought of everything! The trailer was well stocked with amenities (many that I don’t even remember seeing on her listing).
We will definitely try to book this trailer again for the annual camp trip next year.

JoAnna’s trailer was wonderful! Everything was as described. The trailer was cozy and made me feel right at home. It was well stocked and was clean. The main bed was super soft and comfortable. While I didn’t use the bunk beds, they were very roomy and it would have been easy to have extra guests. I didn’t want my camping trip to end! JoAnna was very kind and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this trailer!
