Let us know what the tow vehicle is prior to booking so we can check whether your vehicle is able to pull this trailer safely.This travel trailer has a queen size bedroom in the front, 2 bunk beds, a fold out couch in the slide-out, and a dinette that converts to a bed. All in all it sleeps 6.Refrigerator and freezer run on propane or electricity.

Please, no smoking - its extremely difficult to get rid of the smell and most people do not like it. Smoke smell in the RV will cause your whole security deposit to be forfeited.
Please do not drive over the speed limit. Besides, a light foot saves money by increasing miles per gallon.
Please clean the RV before returning. A $100 fee will be assessed from your security deposit if we have to do a substantial amount of cleaning. Deep cleaning will be assessed $200. So it is in your interest to keep the RV clean!
Please fill up the fuel & propane tank before returning to avoid a fueling charge.
Please dump the gray & black water tanks before returning. If we have to empty the tanks, you will be charged $50 from your security deposit.
You will sign a Supplemental Rental Agreement that spells out our expectations and fees.
We'd prefer not to have to do extra cleaning and prep for the next rental, even if it involves receiving extra fees. We'd prefer that you have a good time while also respecting our property and keeping your cost down. That would be a win/win for both of us!
