2. No pets!
3. Make sure key is in ignition and turned to auxiliary mode to operate slides.
4. Before extending or retracting slides it’s VERY important you check your surroundings and have a spotter communicate with you while operating.
5. Jacks must be down before operating slides!
6. It’s extremely important to retract the slides when ready to leave a location, and retract/stow jacks properly before moving coach into gear!
7. All remotes to slides, tvs, and fireplace should be accounted for & returned in good working condition.
8. No curry or strong smelling and potentially aesthetically harmful foods or chemicals should be used.
9. Watch for branches or limbs hanging low that could potentially scratch the coach.
10. Please be honest if something fails, breaks, gets damaged, or causes you trouble. I would like to address it and fix it for the next person wanting to enjoy the diesel pusher.
11. Diesel only!!! Not gas !!!
12. Rv must be returned with same amount or greater amount of diesel.
13. Cleaning fee does not include picking up after adults. You do have an obligation to pick up, and return the rv in condition it was rented to you.
14. BBQ, chairs, table, and other items that we provide for a stress free enjoyable trip must be thoroughly cleaned and placed back under the rv storage compartment with care.
15. Freshly cleaned Linens are provided
16. Fresh water tank must be filled upon return. You will be receiving the coach with fresh water in the storage tank.
17. Grey and black tanks must be completely emptied prior to return!
18. Have fun, be safe, and enjoy the trip!
19. Water heater is located in the master bedroom closet on the right hand side. To turn water heater on, you MUST turn the water faucet on in the bathroom and then turn the knob in closet to the on position for the water heater. Once water heater light comes on, you may shut off the water at the sink!We really take pride in our rv and we are really trusting you will do the same.
