Rockwood Geo Pro 2019 BH in fantastic condition. Loved and meticulously maintained. Weighs 3100lbs empty and 3800lbs loaded, so can be easily towed by a vehicle that can handle a minimum of 5000 lbs. I tow with a Subaru Ascent Touring and it tows with ease. Bunks are great for kids, dinette bed great for a little munchkin and parents sleep peacefully in the super-comfortable heated full. Has an indoor bath and shower and outdoor shower. The oven and microwave are great for cooking, but the best part is the outdoor propane griddle for bacon and eggs or burgers. Electric awning, solar to keep the batteries topped up and a duel propane and electric fridge so you can keep your food cold on the road. The two propane tanks will keep the fridge cold for two weeks. Cooking utensils included. Has superb air conditioning, two fans and heat. What's includedComes with all necessary towing items including weight distribution hitch and sway bar.Standard cooking utensils and pots and pans included.Bedding items available upon request.RecommendationsBook a week in a state park or national park! We’ve taken our beloved rig to Florida, Maine, Delaware, Yellowstone and the Tetons in Wyoming, all over Colorado, and the Badlands in South Dakota.Other things to note-No pets (we’ve never had pets in the RV either).
-No offroad destinations
-Absolutely no smoking
-No towing when any tanks (grey, black or fresh water) are more than 1/3 full.
-No festivals or tailgating
-Must have prior towing experience.

Rules and policies
Please follow these simple rules to have a safe, wonderful and fun trip: 1. Towing notes: A. Top towing speed: 65 mph. Tires are only rated for 70mph. B. Always use the provided brake controller if you don’t have one already. Not using it will damage both your vehicle’s and the trailer’s brakes. C. Always properly install and use the sway controller and weight distribution hitch. D. Do not overload the trailer. Be sure not to put a majority of your items in the bike door. Too much weight in the rear can cause the trailer to sway out of control and can cause serious injury or death. E. If there seems to be an issue, pull over immediately and determine the problem. The RV does not make strange noises when being towed other than the sway controlled squeaking at low speeds. If you hear strange noises, pull over immediately. F. Never turn the trailer too sharply as you could jackknife the trailer and severely damage your car and the trailer. G. Be honest about your previous towing experience. Backing up and parking is not easy. Watch videos to learn best practices. H. When in doubt, STOP. I. Never say, “I think I can make it.” J. Always utilize the tire pressure monitor to track tire pressure on the trailer. Minimum cold pressure should be 50psi. K. Do not allow tire temperature to go higher than 65 degrees above the outside temperature. L. Always utilize the included backup camera to check your surroundings when backing up and changing lanes. M. Most RV accidents happen at gas stations when drivers cut corners too tightly. Give yourself a wide birth when entering and exiting. Sometimes backing up is the best option. Ask a passenger for help. N. Never travel with any of the tanks more than 1/3 full. The supports cannot handle the weight of the tanks plus the strain added by bumps in the road. O. Always check the breaks and turn signals after every stop. P. Car lights might be set to the on position for the RV lights and backup camera to work. The “auto”
