• Absolutely no smoking inside the rig. Smoke smell inside the rig is completely discretionary to the owner, and will be charged at $500.00 on top of normal fees.
• Pets are welcome, but require additional cleanup. Pet fee of $50.00 per pet. No dogs over 50 lbs permitted.
• It is the renter's responsibility to dump the black and grey water tanks. Chemicals are under the restroom sink and should used with discretion. Undrained tanks will result in an additional $75.00 charge to the renter.
