In the long winter, how about drive south to enbrace the sunshine?Other things to note1. A $100 Cleaning Fee is mandatory with professional cleaning after each trip.
2. Smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking is determined at the sole discretion of the owner and will cause forfeiture of your Security Deposit.
3. Pick-up time is 3PM and return by 11AM. Renter can opt to early pick up and late return for $10/hr, for a max of $100 as a half day charge.

2.0This was our first and probably last RV experience. Despite the cleaning feed that got tacked on, the Minnie Winnie was filthy when we got it. Besides the cosmetic wear and tear that one might expect on a vehicle with 90K miles there were functional issues, most of which could be easily fixed by the owner. Includes dead AC outlets in kitchen and bath where you need them most, drawer slamming open and shut at every turn due to damaged latch, floor gone in big storage compartment, water hose threads damaged to the point where it pops off when water is turned on, awning ripped over the door where you need it most. Two stars because the engine and appliances worked properly.
