the pick process was super easy and randy went over the whole trailer before we pulled out. he answered all of our questions. the flat top grill is a must to cook on when you are out camping!!!

Randi was very friendly and did a great job running through everything. The R-Pod is in great shape and worked well. He provides a lot of the extra accessory items that are nice to have, including the drill to lift/lower the manual jacks, which was really nice (you'll never do it by hand again!). The only drawback I saw in this unit (and this is very minor) was there weren't a lot of storage nooks and crannies. Other travel trailers I've rented I found it easier to stow all the little things one likes to have at ones fingertips and it was more of a challenge in this unit. Still, I'd rent this unit again in a heartbeat.
