A lot of confusion on Williams’s part. I gave him very specific directions. I also had told them we were at a primitive camping area. We did have electric, but no water. The water tank was only a third full. The outside lights did not work. Three other families had rented from Happy Campers and had no trouble having theirs delivered. Only one propane tank with very little in it had been opened. It was colder out that night, and when we no longer had heat I thought the furnace wasn’t working. Luckily we had brought an electric space heater so we stayed warm. When William called me saying he was apparently at another campground I had trouble understanding him. English was definitely not his first language.

Our host was amazing. He had everything ready to go and completed the delivery on time. The camper was perfect for what we needed. I definitely was recommend this host.

We had a lovely time! our camper was everything we needed to enjoy the great outdoors while in comfort and style. William was communicative and prompt!

Easy to work with and was as expected

The host delivered the RV at the time and place, as promised. The RV was like new, very clean. Although a bottom sheet and pillows were provided, there was no blanket--so bring your own.
