Kitchen utensils, plates, cups, bowls, serving bowls, coffee pot, toaster, dish and hand towels, Toilet Paper, flashlights, grill, cleaning supplies, etc. Relax in the sofa chairs while looking out the large picture window. Full kitchen. Bedroom in front with full size bed and memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen table and couch both fold down into beds. Sleeps 6 total (4-5 comfortably). Heat and AC. TV and DVD player in main living area and in bedroom. Outdoor and indoor speakers for music. Full shower inside and outdoor shower as well. Lots of storage. Renters must supply their own bedding and bath towels. What's includedDelivery includes set-up and tear down. Other things to noteNo smoking inside or right outside of camper. Any scent of cigarette, vaping or marijuana smoke will be an automatic forfeit of security deposit as well as additional cleaning fees.The camper must be returned clean, inside and out. Cleaning supplies are provided. We take great pride in our camper and we ask that you return it in the condition you found it.
