I had not uploaded the Outdoorsy app so initially our host was unable to contact us to set up a pick-up location and time. The importance of uploading the app should be noted in the listing as it's the only way for the host to make pick-up arrangements as the location and time are not as they appear on the listing. Once we called the customer service number and exchanged phone numbers, our host was great. She was quick to respond and able to give clear instructions to answer our questions. Repairs are needed to keep the drawer below the microwave closed while traveling. It flies open then closed with every turn on a winding road. The van is large enough for two people. The queen sized bed is actually square so only a deep pocket fitted queen bottom sheet will fit. The bed is comfortable, the refrigerator is large enough for our weekend trip. The microwave and two burner stove worked great. We never did get warm water but stayed in a campground with nice bathrooms and hot showers. The van was overall clean enough though I did let our host know that her cleaning crew are missing the details. She will address this. We enjoyed renting this van for our 3 night weekend in the woods.
