3.0Unfortunately, the listing was missing a few things. They failed to mention that linens were an extra $40. Also, I asked them to please wash them in unscented detergent because we are very sensitive to strong chemicals. They said no problem, but they clearly didn’t because they reeked of strong scented detergent. The top vent had a big sign on it that said do not open which we followed thinking it was going to break. Without being able to open the top, it was very hot in there & the fire alarm went off because of the lack of ventilation. Lastly, the RV smelled so bad of sewer when we started to drive away. We thought maybe it was just burping or something, but the sensor said the tank was 100 percent full. It didn’t smell as bad once we got to our destination & stopped driving, but we were worried the whole time that the tank was full. We didn’t get any reception, but I reached out when we got back & he said oh yeah, the sensor is broken. So I asked to be compensated fairly for these issues that affected our trip, but never got a reply.

5.0This was our best experience renting an RV. The vehicle itself is a very smooth, easy driving machine. The slide-out dinette area makes it very roomy. Robert was available right away when we had any questions. Fabulous experience!

5.0Robert is super friendly and responsive. The pickup Location was very convenient for our camping near the Pinnacles. The slide-out created a quite spacious interior for our small family with a toddler. We totally enjoyed our first family RV trip over a long weekend.
