Play hard, sleep soft in this fully stocked toy hauler that will comfortably sleep a family of six.The garage area is 68” at its narrowest point, and 15’ 10” long and should fit most stock 4-seater side by sides or multiple 4-wheelers. (Before booking, please confirm that your machine(s) fit these measurements).
*The SxS in the photos is a RZR XP4 1000 with stock suspension. Turbo models will not fit. RZR not included in rental.The garage area has two benches and a dining room table. The benches fold down into a 62” bed—perfect for two children. A queen bed with a 300 lb capacity drops down from the ceiling with the push of a button.The living area includes two soft arm chairs and tv. There’s plenty of storage in the kitchen, and it’s also a nice area to prepare your meals. The fridge and freezer work off of propane or electricity. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and other kitchen necessities. Connect your phone to the stereo via Bluetooth to enjoy indoor and outdoor speakers. Entry steps extend all the way to the ground providing stability as you enter the trailer.Keep the temperature just right with both heating and A/C.The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass doors, sink, toilet, and linen closet fully stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries.Our favorite feature is the private front bedroom with a Door! • Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. Security deposit is forfeited if the smell of smoke or vape is detected in the trailer.
• Propane tanks and generators will be full at pickup/delivery and must be returned full. Failure to do so will result in a $75 deduction from the security deposit(Price for the addition of the Fuel Top Off add-on)
• Please let us know if you will be traveling with pets. Pets are allowed inside but are not allowed in the bedroom or to sleep in the beds.
• Trailer furniture (table, chairs, removable lights, etc) are not to be removed from the trailer. The two provided camp chairs are the only thing able to be taken outside.
• Additional cleaning fee may be assessed if the trailer comes back excessively muddy or dirty.
• Propane tanks and generators will be full at pickup/delivery and must be returned full. Failure to do so will result in a $75 deduction from the security deposit(Price for the addition of the Fuel Top Off add-on)

Brooks went above and beyond our expectations. We had a small leak we could not find once we got set up. Brooks drove 2 hours to trouble shoot and fixed the problem. Our experience was fantastic. We are already planning another trip.

When possible, we will work with you to determine pick up and drop off times that are convenient for you. We can be fairly flexible so long as we are given sufficient notice of your different needs.
