3Not the best experience. He has it rigged up so you can't watch TV while the RV is driving, or when parked without the generator on. I've had RVs before where you can do both. Once it's quiet time at your site it would be nice to watch a movie. Listing was inaccurate, there is no bike rack. Communication was good once I realized the owner does not really respond via the website and best through text No "extras" so you must pack everything. The air freshener was bad, smelled like an old motel. I removed it before we left but it was still lingering. Wasn't the cleanest, but that's okay because I always sanitize before anyway. Positives- he dropped it off.

4Alex was very nice and helpful, I didn't care for the air fresher he used; but all in all it was a good rental; we had an issue with the refrigerator(user error) and he helped to clear the issue. The RV could use a little updating and a deep cleaning, but it served the purpose for what we needed.

5Fantastic This was absolutely the best vacation we have ever taken. We have put off an RV vacation for yrs. we decided last minute to take one and we found this RV right here. Alex was the greatest, he took the time to explain everything in great detail, and when we forgot something and had to text him he answered our texts within minutes if not seconds. I can not recommend him enough. Great to work with start to finish.
