4.0Toaster the Airstream is a beautiful camper indeed. Our family loved the campout. Only lower score is related to the communication. The owner was prompt and responsive, but I did not feel he was friendly towards me and the other women; and I was the buyer. He avoided eye contact and seemed uncomfortable dealing with a woman vs. a man. But who knows? He perked up when my husband was around. Women are bread winners and the buyers and all should be treated well, regardless. When delivered, and at pick up, he was a bit gruff and not very welcoming, appreciative or friendly. The Airstream was amazing, the customer service was just a bit lacking.

5.0This is a wonderful airstream. It was a pleasure working with Phill. He's got a well-maintained airstream and it was quite nice to be in this one over what we rented last year. Enough so that my wife had mentioned considering getting one after staying in it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Phil again in the future if I have a need for this size of airstream.
