2016 Jayco Jay Feather
***This RV is available for rental to Burning Man***Our Jayco is light enough to tow behind a mid-sized SUV yet it packs the space and capabilities of a 25' trailer. Both the front and back open to create two king-size private bedrooms suitable for sleeping two adults. The sofa folds flat to sleep 1-2 children and the table can be removed and used to create a bed for another 1-2 children (5' tall or so would be most comfortable without sleeping on a diagonal). For those who are so inclined, the trailer has a smart TV and stereo with DVD player. We have a collection of DVD's and the smart TV is logged into YouTubeTV (live TV), Hulu, Netflix, Hbomax, Amazon Prime and Spotify. The stereo plays in and outside the trailer. The trailer's systems are simple enough for a novice to operate and we have a binder with all the information you'll need if you have any questions. A weight distribution hitch is available to make sure towing is a breeze. We take pride in ensuring the details are taken care of so your trip will be effortless. Here are the extras we provide:
- We'll go over everything you need to know at the key exchange and take the time to answer all your questions.
- Battery will be fully charged
- Tire pressure will be checked prior to arrival
- Refrigerator will be stabilized and cold prior to arrival
- Regardless of rental length, you'll have a minimum of roughly 6 weeks' propane in the tanks. Both tanks will be completely filled during the winter months or if reserved for more than 2 weeks.
- We can load groceries for you the day prior, availability permitting (Have groceries delivered to us and we'll load them in the pre-cooled fridge)
- Generator will be fully fueled if selected
- Water tanks will be full if desired
- Dumping is available after the tripWhat's includedThe trailer comes with dishware for 4 people. We also have coffee mugs, a pour-over coffee maker and a french press. Paper towels, cloth dish/hand towels, and toilet paper are also provided. We also have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap in the bath area. If you need something else, let us know and we'll figure out how to have it there.RecommendationsThere are so many great outdoor adventures to be had in our area. Pick a direction... We love going north to Shasta, south to Yosemite, east to Tahoe or west to the beach and the redwoods. If you're new to the area, let us know and we'll happily share our best spots!Other things to noteBottom line up front -- We're cool with anything reasonable you want to do with the trailer, we just ask that you respect us and your fellow renters enough to let us know your plans so we can be ready to get it back in shape after you get back. We wish the below wasn't necessary to say, but sadly it is...Seriously, we're dog, sporting event and festival-friendly, we just ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can prepare our cleaning crew and make sure we have enough time between rentals for our next guests. Additional fees apply in the add-on section.Per the site’s standards, check-out is normally between 3 and 5 on your rental commencement day. Check-in is normally between 9 and 11 on your last day. We can work with you to accommodate your schedule as best we can, but our work schedule and other rental pick up and drop off may take precedence. If those times or the uncertainty of another rental cropping up don't work for your plans, we can accommodate early pick up as early as 9 am or late drop off as late as 5pm for 50% of the nightly rate. We’ll block out the day to make sure another renter doesn’t interfere with your plans. This is especially important during peak season as the trailer is rented just about every day.Outside of that schedule, we ask you please reserve an extra day to ensure we can get you and the next renter on the road safely with a clean trailer. The one thing we won't be flexible at all on is smoking inside the trailer. Please don't. At a minimum, a $300 cleaning fee will apply.

Hi! We’re Eric and Jennifer. After years of wonderful camping experiences with our kids, we finally took the plunge and purchased a trailer of our own. Now we’re excited to get to share it with so many others to help them have the same great outdoor experiences with their loved ones.

Eric was a fantastic host! He took the necessary time to not only verbally explain how everything worked on the trailer but also helped us connect everything correctly to have a safe trip.
