Go glamping in style and comfort with this large and spacious RV. In the living area, you will find modern decor, comfortable, electric couches and recliners, a wine chiller, a fireplace, surround sound, and a 60-inch TV. The kitchen offers a large island with dual sinks, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, residential fridge with ice maker, induction cooktop, large oversize pantry, and a bar. The master bedroom offers a King Bed, plenty of storage, 40-inch TV, a sitting area with a heater, and a large closet that includes a washer and dryer. The main bath offers dual vanity, a large shower, a porcelain toilet, and plenty of storage. All you have to do is bring your food, drinks, and clothes. Everything else is in the camper and will be ready to go when you get to your campsite. No boondocking allowed. Must have RV 50 amp power source and water at a minimum.This unit comes with 3 AC units to keep you cool in this Texas summer heat, and hot water on demand is provided by a tankless hot water heater.Delivery available up to 150 miles. There is a $80 waste dump fee that is due if there is no septic hookup.What's includedThis RV also includes fresh linens and towels to accommodate up to four, a rice cooker, crock pot, cooking utensils, plates, forks, spoons, knives, coffee cups, glassware, and for the early risers, a Keurig Coffee Maker. While outdoors, enjoy the table and chairs provided on the 8x10 area rug beneath a huge awning. There is also a 32 in TV that drops down from the basement ceiling for outdoor entertainment and a small fridge in the basement for your outdoor convenience. RecommendationsWe recommend booking in advance. Finding a camping spot during the summer months can be a challenge. When looking for a spot don't forget to look at local RV parks, some of them are great places to visit to get away for the weekend.Other things to noteVehicle requirements are 3/4 ton or larger pickup truck (i.e. Ford F250 or F350 or Chevy/Ram 2500 or 3500). Pick up truck will also need a 5th wheel hitch in the middle of the bed. A gooseneck adapter is not permitted.We also provide delivery services for an extra fee.
