The Truck
Our rig is a '08 Toyota Tundra SR5 with dual cab 4-door. The truck is outfitted with OME Offroad suspension kit, which increases the clearance by 2.5 inches, while giving a great smooth ride on dirt and rough roads, especially with the camper on. The truck handles the light weight of the camper really well, is easy to drive in town, and is awesome on the open road. If your destination involves dirt roads with the occasional high clearance section, this is what you want.
The Camper
Lightweight and minimalistic, our Four Wheel Camper is coveted by overlanders for it's durability off road, light weight and ease of use. The Hawk model has a palatial king size bed up top, which easily sleeps 2 adults, or one adult and two kids, while the fold down couch is great for one adult, or two kids. The camper itself is powered on two solar panels and two deep cycle marine batteries. You can plug in, recharge electronics, run the lights and heater off of this system. This rig does not have water, stove or fridge built in, as we typically like to use picnic tables for hanging out and cooking. We travel with a double burner stove, water jug and Yeti cooler and this system is more flexible and works well. If the weather is bad and you need to hang out and cook inside the camper, there is counter space inside to do that, just make sure there's good ventilation. The camper includes camp chairs and camp table to set up a living room or kitchen outside. We've got lots of other accessories that you can take or leave depending on your trip. Some are free with the rental and some are a small extra charge. Either way we make it easy, fun and quick to get out on the road, especially with Kids (they love playing in the camper!)
The Extras
We want to help make your experience amazing, so there's lots of extras, including our expert knowledge of the surrounding areas. Whether you are climbers heading to Joe's Valley or Indian Creek, Mountain Bikers heading to Moab, Fruita or St. George, or Fly Fishers heading to the great rivers and streams in Wyoming or Montana, we'll get you set up with the right gear and local knowledge. We also have a library of guidebooks and maps in our gear shed, and you can grab whatever you need for your trip.
For Boulderers, we have a good selection of Moon and BD Pads you can rent, and if you are coming in to do some Mountain Biking, we've got hitch mounted Kuat and Thule racks, and there's several great bike shops near our house to rent bikes from.Picture this: You can easily fly into SLC early, pick up the rig (we are 10 minutes from the airport), rent bikes and be on the trails in Jackson Hole or Moab that evening. It's awesome.A note on Cleaning:
We expect the rig to be returned in the condition that it was rented, which means interiors cleaned, surfaces wiped down, floors swept, dog hair vacuumed, linens/towels in dirty clothes bag, etc. If this isn't done upon returning the camper, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added on. To make it easy, you can use our vacuum and cleaning supplies when you get back to drop it off. We'll wash the linens.
Pet Policy: We love dogs (and cats), and they are welcome to come along, just be aware that if there's any excessive messes, or we need to have the rig professionally cleaned, that will be charged to you out of the deposit.Off Road Policy:
Dirt roads are great and we expect that some scenic byways may have a creek crossing, or occasional high clearance section to pass, but any serious off roading, or OHV trails is forbidden. If you are unsure about driving a section of rough road, please reconsider. Always have someone get out and spot you in rough sections.

OFF Line Rentals was created to share our knowledge and stoke for exploring and playing outside. We believe that time spent with family and friends away from the daily grind enriches our lives and makes us happier, more relaxed people. We also believe strongly that these kinds of experiences create strong connections between each other, and with the natural world. Some people like to vacation in resorts, and that's cool, but this is about being outside and feeling the ebb and flow of the natural world.
