The host (John) was great and his camper was very nice. It's starting to show a bit of wear but was clean and had many nice features. John was extremely flexible when it came time to pick up and drop off the camper, which was very much appreciated. The only major issue I had was that tire on the right side blew out about an hour into the trip. This could happen to anyone and I don't think it should reflect poorly on John. In fact, when I contacted him about it, he recommended that since I was going to be traveling a long distance and to a very remote location, I get a new tire on the way to replace the spare. Not only that, he said that if the company that was replacing it had another tire to replace the left side one as well to make sure I had 3 good tires including the spare.

This was the perfect combo bro my wife and daughter and I. We spent 5 days and enjoyed all of it. It was easy to set up and take down. John was very responsive and helpful ensuring we were confident in our trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would do again!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host
Q.Can I bring my dog?
A.
Yes! Pets are allowed with a $40 add-on fee that can be selected when booking your trip.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
You can pickup and drop off at anytime you'd like! Just communicate with me at least 48 hours in advance to make sure preparation is completed. I also offer a secondary location in Alamo Heights for pickup and drop off.
Q.What size ball hitch do I need?
A.
You will need a 2-5/16" ball and 7-pin connection to control trailer lights and trailer brakes.
Q.How does the electric work while setting up at the campground? Can I take it off-grid without electricity?
A.
The trailer requires a 30 amp connection at your campsite to operate the electric plugs, television and A/C. The heater/furnace, water heater, water pump, and refrigerator can operate with the battery. If parking off-grid without electricity hook up, you will not be able to operate the A/C and wall plugs.
